Counselling for children & teens of all ages
As the saying goes, kids don’t come with an instruction manual. It can be incredibly difficult as a parent to see your child or teen struggling and feel unsure of how to help. Many parents and caregivers face moments like this, feeling unsure how to support their child’s emotional wellbeing.

Dayna has extensive experience supporting parents and families. She is trained in a variety of child- and family-focused therapeutic approaches and has worked in non-profit agencies, treatment centres, and provincially-run mental health services.
She is a specialist in Early Childhood Mental Health (children under 6), with expertise grounded in neurodevelopment and early childhood development. This ensures her approach is tailored to the unique needs of young children.
Dayna also provides workshops and training for parents, caregivers, educators, and school staff on supporting children and youth’s mental health and behaviour.
Her approach is non-judgmental, safe, and supportive, helping clients leave sessions feeling empowered, confident, and equipped to thrive individually and within their families.
